Salesforce Non-profit Build
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce has a non-profit arm that provides a great service for organizations to manage their donors, donation dollars, marketing, and more. I built and customized Salesforce Non-profit for Cover the City Project to fit the needs of the organization. When 2020 came through, the launch was put on hold and eventually dissolved, however, the experience was invaluable.
Zoho CRM Customization
Sales Application Specialist
This project was for a mid-sized company I previously worked for full-time for and we were implementing Zoho CRM. Acting as the CRM Administrator I helped customize modules, create custom reports, and setup email marketing integrations for their sales and support staff.
AI Online Rating
Freelance Online Data Analyst
Whenever you search something on the web there's a behind the scenes effort that goes on to making sure the results you receive are the most accurate they can be. With this freelance project I research and evaluate search results to help the AI functionality learn more about what makes a satisfying search experience. While this isn't a small business or non-profit focused project, it is a great opportunity to learn more about how we search for information in the world we live in today...like finding a local non-profit near you!
Pandemic eCommerce Pivot
eCommerce Coordinator
This project was for a mid-sized company I previously worked for full-time that manufactures components for mattresses. When the pandemic hit, the company pivoted and converted some machines to mass-produce masks. Within a short time span I built and launched a website to sell these masks not only to our customers (B2B) but to consumers as well (B2C). Providing site analytics and working with a team for SEO and Google Ads we were able to pivot and help others during 2020 and 2021.
